The steps below apply only to online orders. You are also welcome to place your order at our retail cart at VivoCity.

Step 1 - Send us your Order Information:
In your email, please state your Name and Contact Number.
Then copy and paste the following into your email and fill in the required information before sending it to us at: orders@softie-in-my-lolly.com

If you are ordering more than 1 gift package and they are of different types (different package type or different flavours or both), you have to copy and paste the above highlighted portion into your email again and fill in the required information.
We will reply within 24 hours to confirm the availability of your order.

Step 2 - Payment:
Upon receiving our confirmation of availability, you will need to pay the total amount via ATM transfer or internet banking. Our account information is as follows:
POSB Savings Account Number: 244-48183-3
To avoid delay to the processing of orders, you are advised to use your POSB / DBS account.

Step 3 - Send us your Transaction Information & Date of Collection:
As soon as possible after payment, send us an email (orders@softie-in-my-lolly.com) to provide the following details:
  • Your Name
  • Bank Account Type (Eg. POSB Savings)
  • Amount Transferred
  • Transaction Reference Number (if ATM was used)    OR    Initials (if internet banking was used)
  • Date & Time of Payment
  • Your Appointed Date of Collection**
**If you made payment using a POSB/DBS account, your appointed date of collection should be at least 3 days from the date of this email.
If you used an account from another bank, your appointed date of collection should be at least 5 days from the date of this email.
We will send you a receipt of payment and confirm the date of collection.


Collection of Order
All orders can be collected at VivoCity level 2, at the Softie-In-My-Lolly kiosk outside GV cinema.
Orders must be collected on the day appointed by you and confirmed by us as in Step 3 above.

Delivery Option (Singapore addresses only)
If you want the goods to be delivered, please state in Step 1 above.
Do remember to provide the delivery address and name of recipient in your email.
Steps 1 to 3 will apply and payment must be made prior to delivery.
Strictly no cash-on-delivery.
Each delivery trip to one destination is subject to a surcharge of $10. This is waived only for orders worth $150 and above and this applies only to a single destination.

Terms and Conditions:
  1. Flavours chosen for the gift packages are subject to availability. Please refer to the Candy Range for updates on availability.
  2. Exactly 6 flavours are allowed for each package. Repetitions of flavours are fine. In the case of repetitions of flavours, please state the quantities clearly.
  3. All orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to the importance of food hygiene.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
    - The product ordered being unavailable
    - Our inability to obtain confirmation of payment
    - The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
